I am a 3rd grade teacher at a Christian school who created a yearlong character-building program for my students called "Footsteps in Faith." The capstone is a special award pin, the Faith Walker pin, given at the end of the year to celebrate their growth and journey. I came to Vivipins to bring it to life.
From the very first interaction, the service was outstanding. My representative, Zoey Mitchell, was patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting every detail right. We went through multiple rounds of proofing, and she guided me through each step with warmth and professionalism. I never felt rushed or like just another order.
As a teacher on a budget, I especially appreciated that there is no minimum order requirement. The pricing was very reasonable, and I never felt pressured to order more than I needed.
The shipping was impressively fast, especially considering this was a fully custom order (enamel pin and backing). When the pins arrived, I was overwhelmed in the best way. The hard enamel colors are absolutely vibrant and rich, even more stunning in person than in the digital proofs. Each pin came already attached to a beautifully designed backing card and individually wrapped, a level of care and presentation that made something already special feel truly extraordinary.
