Overview:

Our customer reached us on our website that he requested an custom ART pin design. But he wasn't sure which process was more appropriate.

The major description:

1.25inch, antique silver plating, custom shape, safety pin, poly bag packing.

 Others decide for me.

Challenge:

This order is a colorful art design with many details and gradients.

Result:

By communicating with customer carefully and partnering with VIVIPINS designers, without revision, our customer got the final, wonderful pin.

The customer has successfully received the package and satisfied with it very much.

How We Did It:

Our designer decide to make it by printing first time. And the UV printing is the best and economical choice for the design.

Provided digital proof for checking within 24hours.

(The first digital proof was submitted within 24 hours.)

The customer checked and approved the proof at once, soonest.

Start manufacture after proof approved.

The standard production time is around two weeks that starts from proof approval..

Send finished pictures to customer before shipping if required.

Customers are notified by mail at each status.

Conclusion:

Every design has its most appropriate process. Our designers will give our customers the best program according to the artwork, and remind them when proof checking.

You can be rest assured that we will finish it beyond your expectation.
