Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum order is one piece per design, size, and color. We offer discounted prices in larger quantities.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Will I get to see what the patch looks like before I place the order? Yes, our graphics art department will send you a proof of every design for your approval before we finalize your order.
Why do I have to pay for my patches up front?
We require payment at the time of order. Patches only hold value to the original designer and hold no value to anyone else.
Can you make patches that are smaller than 2?
Yes, but the minimum size of a patch is dependent on the level of detail on the design.
How do I get started?
To get started, complete our order forms, and you will receive a proof within 24 hours after placing your order.
How do you sew a patch on a sewing machine?
Step 1: Cut a square or rectangular piece of fabric of the area that requires repair. Step 2: Before pressing, fold under a ⅜ - inch patch edge around the area. Step 3: Position the folded edges of the patch facing down Step 4: Secure the patch with pins at each corner and every two inches around the edge. Step 5: Use a zigzag stitch to sew on the embroidered patch.
Is it better to sew or iron on a patch?
The most convenient way to attach a patch is using an iron. All you need is an iron and a towel to apply the patch. While you can sew on patches, not everyone has a sewing machine or the skills to do so.
How to sew a patch onto a backpack?
Step 1: The bag must be clean before starting Step 2: Place the patch in your desired position. Attach the patch using pins. Make sure you place the pins so that you can still comfortably grip while stitching. Step 3: Use the thread of the same color as the patch's edges. Cut off an approximate 20 to 30 cm. Thread your thin needle strongly and keep it single. Tie a knot in the end. Do not double the thread. Step 4: Cut off the excess thread but leave about a centimeter after the knot. Step 5: From behind, pull the thread through the patch to hide the first knot. Step 6: Use a 'whip-stitch' to go around by grabbing a bit of the patch. Then repeat the same process.
