The customer contacted us through our website to request a special custom pin. They asked us to copy a custom pin based on an existing design.

Good afternoon, I am looking to re-create the pins that our fire department uses. The company that we got through before is no longer taking new orders and will not give me any information or share the files that they already had set up. I am not sure exactly what finishes or any of the other information and have attached as many pictures as I have of the current pins and sizes. Let me know if there’s anything else you need.
The major description:
Decide for me, 1.5inches, Antique Gold plating, Custom shape, Butterfly clutch, Poly bag packing.
Challenge:
The design was intricate and required plating in two distinct metal colors. Replicating the size of the original design also presented a significant challenge for the designer.
Result:
Advised “3D die cast pin +antique silver +antique gold” . Through careful communication with the customer and collaboration with VIVIPINS designers, we were able to create the final, stunning pin after two rounds of revisions. The package was successfully delivered to the customer.

The process of revising is as follows:
The customer promptly approved the digital proof.
Manufacturing began after the proof was approved. The standard production time, which begins after proof approval, is approximately two weeks.
If requested, finished pictures of the product were sent to the customer prior to shipping.
Customers are notified via email at each stage of the process.
