Overview:

Our customer reached out to us on our website requesting a custom ball marker.

The primary specifications included: Ball Marker, Soft Enamel, 1 inch, Silver plating, Round shape, No attachment, and Poly bag packaging.

Challenge:

There were no additional notes provided. However, the design faced challenges due to many tiny white dots. Neither soft enamel nor hard enamel was suitable for this design.

Result:

By partnering with VIVIPINS designers, the customer successfully received the upgraded ball markers.

How We Did It:

Our designer decided to use "soft enamel + printing" instead of just "soft enamel," and added epoxy to protect the surface.

We drew the digital proof and sent it to the customer within 24 hours.

The customer quickly approved our proposal.
